Èlevage: 11 months

Winemaking:

Two sites, harvested and vinified separately, The Edna Valley site was 16% whole cluster. Èlevage was 11 months, with each lot aged separately in neutral 59gal barrique. The two lots were racked together one (new) moon before bottling.
